An elegant easy drinking wine that offers dark berry fruit flavours and fine white pepper that is true to variety.   DRIFTWOOD ESTATE Shiraz Cabernet 2005 Ripe plum and blackberry fruit predominate with added complexity of black pepper and liquorice, complimented by cedary oak and refined tannins.   ROCKFIELD Cabernet Merlot 2005 Mouth filling flavours of ripe mixed berries fused with dark chocolate and cinnamon. The back palate remains full and finishes with firm but soft tannins complimented by mild smokey oak.   JARVIS ESTATE Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 A full flavoured palate bursting with ripe dark berries, interwoven with chocolate mint, sweet spice and soft cedary oak. Well balanced fruit and oak with a lingering finish.   SWINGS & ROUNDABOUTS Cabernet Merlot 2006 Rich and fine palate with earthy, chocolatey flavours, and fruit cake.
